This space was born from a personal rebirth. After navigating a painful separation and learning to live more gently with ADHD, I found myself using healing waters as a muse for my rebirth. In solitude, I softened. I slowed down. I healed.
But I didn’t want to keep this journey to myself.
Through solo travel, soaking, storytelling, and slow living, Healing Waters, Wild Heart invites you to reconnect with your body, with nature, and with what matters most.
